From October 8 to October 15, 2025, the triennial International Plastic and Rubber Exhibition (K-show) was grandly held in Düsseldorf, Germany. As the global injection molding industry's attention focused on the K-show 2025 exhibition, Zhuhai Hongfei Mould Co., Ltd. aimed to better expand its overseas market and introduce renowned Chinese molds to manufacturers worldwide. We partnering with Powerjet Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and Kowey Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., who participated together in the German K-show, and we showcasing an in-mold labeling needle valve mold for 360 coffee cup products. The coffee cup mold with 4-cavity design ,and the production cycle is only 6.5 seconds, which enabling the production of over 2,000 units per hour. At the exhibition, Hongfei mould company demonstrated high-speed, stable, and flawless surface,which shows uniform wall thickness of its thin-wall mold production.
